Financialservices FG, a subsidiary of the Foschini Group, is the preferred provider of Credit and Financial Services to a growing number of retailers and consumers in South Africa.
Having grown out of a retail environment, Financialservices fg understands the unique credit requirements of retailers, as well as those of the South African consumer.
By combining this in-depth understanding with our financial resources, staff, infrastructure, technology and marketing skills, we put our clients on the cutting edge of private label credit card management and are in a position where we can provide superior service to consumers.
Financialservices fg manages the group's in-store credit card programme that consists of 14 different card formats. Included in this division's responsibilities are the group's Club, insurance products and the cellular phone operations.
RCS Group provides a range of broader financial services to both customers of the group as well as to customers of retailers outside the group. At present these financial services comprise RCS Personal Loans, RCS Cards, RCS Private Label Cards and RCS Home Loans.
